Heartbroken over a shattered romance? The good news is that you can win your ex back with the right approach. These tips will help you win your girl back.

· Do some soul searching
Figure out why your girlfriend decided to walk out. Introspection will help you understand her better and chances are that you will now approach her in a more mature manner.

· Admit your fault
If you've made a mistake, admit it. A long-term relationship can only be based on honesty.

· Put yourself in her shoes
Analyze your relationship from your ex-girlfriend’s point of view. It will give you a clearer idea of her expectations and behavior.

·  Prioritize your love life
Make your ex-girlfriend feel that the relationship means everything to you. If that means putting your love life above your career, do it.

· Don’t lose your cool
Control your temper, even if you feel that your ex-girlfriend does not understand you. Losing your cool is a sure way of losing your ex-lover for good.

· Control your jealousy
If you see your ex-girlfriend with another man, take it in stride. Don’t argue over it.

· Maintain your self-respect
Do everything you can to win your ex back, but don’t beg or plead. Girls don’t respect guys who don’t respect themselves.

·  Show her you still care
Good intentions are fine, but also show your intentions through gestures. Send gifts, write to her, and ask her out. Make her feel special.

· Be sincere
Don't pull any tricks at this critical juncture of your emotional life. Play fairly and expect the best.

· Give her space
Give your ex time to figure out her feelings. A patient approach will work in your favor.
