- Calf’s liver, sardines, and snapper (braised or boiled) top the chart for sources of vitamin B12.
- Venison, or deer meat, is also an excellent source, along with shrimp (steamed or boiled), scallops, and baked or broiled salmon.
- Other effective sources of vitamin B12 include beef tenderloins and lamb loins (preferably roasted), cod, halibut, chicken, and turkey
- Brie cheese, low-fat yogurt, cow's milk, and egg.
