Here are some myths about teenage boys that need to be debunked:

1.“Boys will be boys” is a commonly heard myth about teenage boys that does not necessarily hold true. We tend to make all sorts of excuses for teen boys and indulge them. This statement that a boy will be a boy suggests that there is nothing we can do to change them and they are to some extent irredeemable. This is not true. The fact is that boys are smart and not always irrational or tough.

2. “Boys don’t cry” is another common myth about teenage boys. This is not true. The fact is that boys have concerns about many things and definitely cry if something goes wrong.

3. “Teenage boys do not do housework” is another common myth. The fact is that teen boys are fully capable of cooking their own meals, making their bed, and doing other household chores.

4. "Teen boys are bound to drink" is another common myth. The truth is that not all teenagers drink alcohol. If your teenage boy stays out late at parties, that does not necessarily mean that he drinks alcohol.
