2. It is present in some cuts of meat, especially liver.

3. Vitamin C is the most widely taken nutritional supplement. It is available in a variety of forms including tablets, drink mixes, crystals in capsules, or naked crystals.

Foods that are the best sources of vitamin C include broccoli, bell pepper, kale, cauliflower, strawberries, lemons, mustard, turnip greens, Brussels sprouts, papaya, chard, cabbage, spinach, kiwi fruit, snow peas, cantaloupe, oranges, grapefruit, limes, tomatoes, zucchini, raspberries, asparagus, celery, pineapples, lettuce, watermelon, fennel, peppermint, parsley, winter squash, and cranberries.
