After what many consider the unfair elimination of female contestant Pia Toscano on ‘American Idol,’ the show has received backlash about its voting policy.
Some fans believe that allowing teenage girls the ability to vote an unlimited number of times is unfairly skewing results in favor of male contestants.
Executive producer Ken Warwick says, despite the backlash, the voting policy will remain.
