While many have already called Palin’s bid for president a done deal, Palin herself seems to be leaning away from it, reports Politico. She told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that she feels liberated not be running a campaign. She told Hannity that she feels she can make as much of an impact as an individual and that she hopes to inspire others to do the same.

Palin also told the Fox News Anchor that her quote about Mitt Romney having trouble courting the Tea Party vote was taken out of context by the press. Palin had a clambake in New Hampshire at the same time Romney was there announcing his bid for president. At the time, she said Tea Party people would not be happy with Romney pushing through universal healthcare in his home state of Massachusetts while he was governor. However, Palin told Hannity she is thankful Romney decided to run.
