TV personality Brooke Burke will host the third season of the reality show and modeling competition "She's Got the Look," TV Land announced Thursday.
Burke, a "Dancing with the Stars" champion, said the show is about second chances and women making the most of their potential.
"Women are beautiful at every age," she said in a telephone interview. "I think the message of the content is really inspirational to women."
Contestants on the program have ranged in age from 35 to 72 and winners have gone on to represent products sold by nationwide companies, including Kmart, Verizon, AT&T and Microsoft.
Burke said she hopes to work with the women to boost their confidence.
"It's really important that women don't try to hold onto the beauty that they had in their 20s, that they really understand themselves mentally and physically and bring out their best attributes," the 38-year-old Burke said.
With older contestants, "I'm hoping we're not going to see all the cattiness we get from some of the younger modeling shows," she said.
Joining Burke will be model and TV reporter Roshumba Williams. Williams will be a judge, along with celebrity stylist Robert Verdi and Wilhelmina Models Inc. president Sean Patterson. Wilhelmina Models offers a modeling contract to the winner of the show.
"She's Got the Look" is slated to begin production next week in Los Angeles. An air date has not been announced.
