Wall Street has become obsessed with the price of crude. We have a crisis centered on plunging oil prices. Since the Saudis no longer cooperate with OPEC, perhaps they should be encouraged to form a new cartel, with the U.S., that helps stabilize the price of oil and financial markets.

A message for the party establishment. If the combination of silly convention rules and crazy delegate apportionment results in candidates who have strong support somehow failing to meet requirements to be nominated, chaos will erupt. Republicans would be doomed in November.
